We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and with the original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange please email us at hello@mortadeli.com.au and tell us what you'd like to do and why, eg. it's too small can I have a bigger one please? My tote had a broken seam on arrival, eek! Please include your order number and photos of the goods if applicable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package - incorrect sizes or change of mind are shipped back at the customer's expense. Return shipping for faulty goods will be reimbursed once the damaged item has been returned and inspected.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email (described above) will not be accepted.

Damaged items or other issues Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately on the email address above if the item is defective, damaged or if you've bee sen the wrong thing, so that we can figure out what's happened and make it right!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
